Cancelation Policy

We arrange appointments to ensure that every patient receives the attention they deserve. We recognize that clients may occasionally miss scheduled appointments due to unexpected situations. However, we would like to ask that clients cancel their appointments at least 24 hours in advance. Failing to attend an appointment hinders our ability to provide necessary care to our clients and negatively impacts our practice by blocking another client from being scheduled. When appointments are missed, our therapists remain unoccupied.

No-call, no-show, and same-day cancellations are subject to fees. Our fee is the rate of the session.

All fees are due when services are provided and before rescheduling your next appointment. This includes cancellation fees and any balances not covered by your insurance provider, such as deductibles and co-payments/co-insurance. If you arrive for your scheduled appointment with an outstanding balance, you must settle your account before seeing your therapist. If you do not do this, your appointment will be canceled.
